The Cottage

Welcome to Sandhamn at No. 8 The Warren, a delightful 3-storey terraced self-catering holiday cottage centrally located and overlooking the gorgeous tidal St. Ives Harbour Bay. The cottage is less than a stone’s throw from the sea and approached up a small flight of granite steps off the flower bedecked Warren, allowing the fantastic views of the Harbour to be enjoyed from all three floors, while maintaining your privacy. Despite being modernised, the self-catering property with its beamed ceilings, has retaining its original character.

Beside the spectacular sea views, the property boasts:

On the ground floor [newly transformed this winter!!]:
Newly fitted, open plan, hand-painted bespoke kitchen and dining area. Marble worktops, built-in Neff dishwasher, oven, induction hub and microwave, Miele washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Gas boiler for hot water and/or central heating. Large dining table with seating for six. Cushioned window seats. Wall mounted flat screen TV, harbour views.
The Bathroom is positioned halfway up the stairs with bath/electric shower, vanity basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with King Size bed, fitted bedside tables, cupboards and wardrobes. Magnificent harbour views and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2 with window to the rear, twin bunk beds, chest of drawers, and small wardrobe.

Second Floor:
Large sitting room with fabulous views of St. Ives, the harbour and the illuminated chapel on the Island. Juliet balcony to rear. New double bed settee, armchairs, casual chairs, large collection of literature, and Widescreen TV.

Gas central heating throughout.

We apologise that pets are not permitted at this time. Smoking is not permitted within the property. Lets are Friday to Friday and arranged through Cornish Riviera Holidays.

The cottage is perfectly positioned between the Town Centre, Harbour Beach, and Porthminster Beach, while also benefitting from being within easy walking distance from the Train Station, connected car park and Bus Station.

The fisherman’s cottage, which was previously expanded upwards to benefit from the spectacular aspect, has newly undergone a ground floor transformation this winter!
